Operation Medical Shelter

U.S. Air Force Colonel Nancy Sumner, Commander of the 146th Medical Group assists with a litter carry bringing in a victim volunteer into a C-130J where they mimic being transported during "Operation Medical Shelter," a simulated disaster training exercise on May 11, 2011 at Freedom Park in Camarillo, California.
