MAFFS 9 taxis out
A California National Guard C130-J equipped with Modular Airborne Firefighting Systems (MAFFS) from the 146th Airlift Wing in Port Hueneme, Calif. taxis out to depart for a retardant drop in the Rocky Mountain Region.
