Colonel Lisa A. Nemeth 

Col Lisa A. Nemeth, is the Commander, 146th Airlift Wing, Channel Islands Air National Guard Station, Port Hueneme, California. The wing is equipped with 8 C-130J aircraft and supports the State of California, the Air National Guard, and the United States Air Force. She leads and directs more than 1200 permanent and part-time personnel and is responsible for 18 subordinate groups, squadrons, and flights. The 146th Airlift Wing is tasked to support worldwide mobility and combat operations as well as emergency response, domestic operations and defense support to civil authorities for the community, state and nation.

Vice Commander, 146th airlift wing



Colonel Timothy T. Martin is the Vice Commander, 146th Airlift Wing, Channel Island Air National Guard Base, Channel Islands, California. In September 1991, Colonel Martin enlisted in the United States Army. Following his active duty tour he enlisted in the 174th Fighter Wing, New York Air National Guard as a Logistics Specialist. During this time Colonel Martin was a civilian software engineer for Lockheed Martin, NE&SS, in Syracuse, NY. In April 2002, he received his commission from the Academy of Military Science in Knoxville, TN as a distinguished graduate and became the then Chief of Supply, 174th Logistics Readiness Squadron.

Chief Master Sergeant Raymond C. Robles

Chief Master Sergeant Robles is the Command Chief Master Sergeant, 146th Airlift Wing, Channel Islands Air National Guard Station, California. He serves as the principal advisor to the Wing Commander on all matters influencing the health, morale, welfare, and professional development of more than 1,000 Air Guardsmen. Chief Robles joined the California Air National Guard in 1991 as an Air Transportation Apprentice.
